How many files can I add to batch OCR?

The workspace keeps up to 20 recent items. When more than 20 files are selected together, the first 20 are added.

Does OmniOCR process all files in parallel?

No. Files wait in a local queue and are sent for recognition one at a time.

Which file types can share a queue?

JPG and PNG files are limited to 10 MB each. PDFs are limited to 10 MB and 10 pages each; encrypted or damaged PDFs are rejected.

How are credits charged for a batch?

Each successful file is charged separately according to OCR usage. Failed recognition does not consume credits.
